Response
Please see the below response to your request.
We sought to clarify your request (via email of 10th June 2022), to seek to ensure we could
understand the request, and be able to provide a substantive response based on the
specific information required. No response was received to that email. We have therefore
had to process your FOI purely on the basis of your original request.
Your freedom of information request is refused. It is exempt under S12 of the FOIA (costs).
This is due to the subjective nature of “outputs”, in point 2 of your request. Due to how the
request was framed, it is so broad and would capture so much information that it would
require a manual audit of every piece of OPCC business during the requested timeframe
to determine what information is held that could be judged to fall within the parameters of
the request. This would clearly exceed the cost parameters for FOI requests.
This notification also acts as a refusal notice.
Should you have any further enquiries concerning this matter, please write to the
Information Compliance Unit; Information Compliance Unit, PO Box 55, Worcester, WR3
8SP. Email: [email protected]
Without creating precedent for future scenarios, the following information is provided to
you on a voluntary basis, separate to your FOI request and outside of FOI legislation:
