I would be grateful if you could provide the following data under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000:
- Whether there is a scrutiny panel in existence in your area, and whether this is active
And if there is an active scrutiny panel in your area: - Who attends the panel on a regular basis
- What the outcomes of the panel are, and how they are shared with the police and
public.

West Mercia Police – Criminal Justice Manager - What the outcomes of the panel are, and how they are shared with the police and
public.
Minutes and actions are taken at the meeting. A record of the meeting /
findings of the Panel are shared with the Chief Constable and LCJB. The Force
Crime Registrar is responsible for ensuring all actions are complete and
findings, when relevant, are fed back into the training department. When
inappropriate outcomes are found, the officer and their line management are
made aware. The Force provides feedback to the panel on outstanding items.
An annual report is prepared and published by the Chair.
