Dear West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner,
I would like to request the following information; 1. The location of all buildings currently owned or occupied by your organisation.

The information requested is available on our website and as such is subject to exemption Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – “Information accessible to applicant by other means; Section (1) Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information”.
For some of our assets we do not consider it appropriate to release the information into the public domain to ensure the security of some of the operational activities undertaken by both the Police and Crime Commissioner and Police Force. This response is therefore exempt under Section 23 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, “Information supplied by, or relating to, bodies dealing with security matters”. Section (1) Information held by a public authority is exempt information if it was directly or indirectly supplied to the public authority by, or relates to, any of the bodies specified in subsection (3).

The PCC will aim to deal with your complaint within 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response you can ask for the matter to be internally reviewed. Internal reviews will be completed promptly and a response given to you within 20 working days of your further
