Dear Sirs,

I would like to ask under the Freedom of Information Request for the following information:-

1) How much money has the Police and Crime Commissioner spent on refurbishing the offices within Hindlip Hall since coming into office ?

2) How much money has he spent refurbishing his own offices ?

3)  How many people work in the Police and Crime Commissioners office ?

Dear Lesley,

Thank you for your revised Freedom of Information request. As per below, you asked the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner the following:

1)  The total cost of refurbishment of kitchens across the Hindlip site over the last 12 months

2) When the site was managed by Place Partnership, what was the average annual cost to West Mercia for using their services – i.e. what was their management fee.
Our response to your request is as follows:

1. The following kitchen refurbishments have taken place at Hindlip over the last year.

Kitchen Refurbishment (ground floor) – 6,995.00

2nd Floor Toilet & Kitchen Refurbishment – 7,140.00

3rd Floor Kitchen Refurbishment – 5,690.00

2. No information is held by the OPCC in respect of annual management fees (or similar) in relation to Place Partnership Ltd.

If you are not satisfied with this disclosure you have the right to take the matter up with the Information Commissioner.
