The main purpose of the Partnership Manager role is delivery of Serious Violence Duty across West Mercia partnership landscape.

The West Mercia Police & Crime Commissioner is looking for a Serious Violence Partnership Manager, who will be responsible for working across a range of partners, to oversee the implementation of the Serious Violence Duty, which seeks to prevent and reduce serious violence. This is a pivotal role which requires someone with strong relationship building experience, strategic partnership working, and is passionate about making a difference. Key to the role will be co-ordination of partners, governance of delivery and providing advice and guidance to the PCC.
