Following the report of rape victims being systemically failed PCC John Campion has said.
” Victims deserve their voice to be heard, especially in relation to serious sexual crimes. These failings in the police and justice system are denying vulnerable individuals the chance to move forward with their lives.
“The victims needed to be treated as real people and not just numbers, it is my priority as Commissioner to ensure that the communities of West Mercia receive the best possible policing service.”
